The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!
Contact us via email or phone (firstname.lastname@example.org/800.932.9273) with any issues within 14 days of delivery.
Ship stock items back within 30 days of delivery.
Request an order cancellation as soon as possible. Due to our fast turnaround times, we can’t guarantee an order can be cancelled, particularly custom orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To show our commitment to quality, NW Marking includes a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any defects on our products. This warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from NW Marking on any ecommerce platform.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that delays due to customs are out of our control.
Your shipping and billing address, and contact information is used only for the following:
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
